Will bahia grow in your area?  This makes a nicer pasture than bermuda.  It
does take a while to establish.  Before spending money on grass seed that
you can't find locally, contact your Ag Extension Agent.  (S)he will know
what will grow and what will withstand grazing.  I know in certain areas
certain grasses can develop toxins when it freezes (like Johnson grass in
Texas) and some grasses carry molds (like fescue).
