It gives 'waterresistance" according to website, (after I bought 4 bottles:{), but does make fleece, "windblock", water resistant. I read somewhere even goretex has to be "rewaterproofed" over time. Let me know if it works.I have resorted to "tent" waterproofing for rainsheets with some luck.
