Re: [RC] Riding Sneakers Help Needed! - Rides 2 FarTrailblazer has an article coming up comparing a bunch of different shoes. You might keep an eye out for it. Don't know what shoes the others tried out, but I loved the Tevas. They're not really "riding" shoes, but a very well made shoe. I have extremely wide feet. I wear men's shoes to get them wide enough, but even some of the men's shoes aren't wide enough. The Tevas gave me lots of room. Even had my dad try them on, he's an EE and he liked them. I have a feeling they tested lots of different "riding sneakers" so you may want to watch for that article. It is the ONLY riding sneaker I have found that comes in a "D" (wide) width for women. Now I discover that Mountain Horse no longer sells this product through State Line -- or any other tack store in the US. I've ordered their catalog on line, but I think they are a Swiss or German company, and I'm not sure I can order the shoes in the US. Does anyone have any suggestions for riding sneakers that come in a Wide size (at least a D)? I have some serious foot issues and need a really good supportive sneaker. I don't think the Ariat's, Ropers, or Miller's Heels Down shoes come in D width.......
