Julie will be at the Central Region Convention in Henretta, Oklahoma, January 11-12, 2003.  She will have a few copies of her book on had for sale, BTW.

I just finished "Ten Feet Tall, Still" last evening and if you haven't read
this book, you must. Julie Suhr is much too humble for all that she's seen
and done.

I will never ride the Tevis trail. But I eagerly read the chapter that
describes a ride over that trail. The honesty as she described the
rollercoaster of her emotions was really amazing.

If you own any of the distance riding "how to" books, this one belongs in
your collection too.
