Winter riding is norm up here in
Alberta.
We get more winter then
summer...lol
A barefoot horse will make and loose
ice balls. The flex and expantion of the foot gets rid of the ice ball. Just be
careful if you are behind someone. My husband had a great shinner from getting
wacked by and ice ball at high sleed
