What a standard to hold a student pilot of any age!! You are saying that
somehow a student is responsible if an
1. Adult
2. Licensed instructor
Makes a very faulty decission. Come on! An instructor must bear the
responsibility for both his/her decisions and the actions of the student.
Students are supposed to do what their instructors tell them.
