Buy some velcro....I found strips that fold over on
themselves at a hardware store (even come in red and green) that come in
different lengths and widths and it works great for me on the neoprene and
biothane cinches I use. These strips are also excellent stirrup fender
keepers and I have used them for TONS of other things. STRONG,
too.
