[RC] On-line forms and pdf - Michael Maul

I'm adding more content to the AERC site and it's easiest for the
office
to provide forms like the 2003 Membership renewal in Adobe pdf format.

The form was for 2003 membership renewal.
I'd like to mention that we are looking at making renewal on-line
possible by credit card in addition to the form.
The question was more general because there are horse registration forms
and others that would normally be done by paper or used by those who
don't like to use their credit card on-line.
