A. Perez walkergirl@xxxxxxxxxx
I have been riding in one since Dec. Love it.
Fits my 16 h TWH fine, the psuedo-suede material makes
it easy to stick, fits me fine (though I could use the net size
up, or to lose 10 lbs off my butt). I have not had any problems
with it being too light and shifting (as did another poster
here). I have noticed on used wintecs that the material
does wear, so I made a fleece seat cover to help prevent that.
At some point I'll probably make a full cover to protect the
skirts as well.
I'm not sure how much one persons experience with a saddle
helps you, as what fits one horse/rider combo may not fit
you at all. Best bet is to try one out if you can beg or borrow
one. Some used tack stores will let you take a used saddle on
trial if you pay a deposit - you might try that.
