    Actually Pat, I think it was Colleen who said that, not Betsy.
    At any rate....the only reason *I'm* glad I don't live in Oregon right now is because of all the fires (see that, everyone? Thats my attempt at changing the subject). I live in Northern California (about 30 miles south of Orick, where the Redwood ride was) and we've had quite a bit of smoke from the fires up there.


    I hope they don't last too much longer but I heard someone say we're going to have to wait for Winter before they are out. If thats the case, I'd rather deal with an early winter than those fires. So bring on the rain!!
