RE: [RC] attack of the Killer Horseflies - Maryanne Stroud Gabbani
We have camel flies, sort of similar but they are triangular in shape and
just move from place to place on the horse. They are so tough that you have
to catch them in your hand and crack the shell with your nail. YUCK! No fly
spray in the world works on them. We also have a big horsefly sort of thing,
but not all the time. Need a hammer for those. For some reason our stable
doesn't have too many. Thank heaven.

Actually, this sounds like a 'bomber', they even make the bomber noise and
no fly spray will stop them.
