I just went back a read the rule and since you have not completed until you
have passed the completition exam, the way I read it is you have to meet
pulse at by 30 minutes after you cross the finish line. This is not the way
I had understood it in the past and I don't think this is the way it has
been enforced on most rides, but its what the rule says.

    So good point and maybe the BOD or rules comittee can discuss this at the upcoming board meeting.
