If a ride is held on public horse trails or public multiuse trails there
will most likely be interactions between the riders in the ride and
other trail users. If there is no proof of pacing, then there is no
pacing. Proof is more than seeing some horses and riders on the trail in
the neighborhood when a rider comes in. If there is proof that these
people showed up on the trail and purposely paced said horse, then file
a protest. If there is not proof there was no violation - simple as that.
Would it be considered pacing if the drag riders caught up with the last
few riders and rode in with them?
