Last year on an NFL game played in Miami between the Oakland Raiders - 
wearing back shirts and the Dolphins wearing white shits. It was a hot 
day. The broadcasters had put down an Oakland shirt and Miami shirt side 
by side on the ground with a thermometer under each. In 15 minutes they 
read the thermometers, the temp under the black shirt was 15 degrees 
higher than under the white shirt. Light colors reflect heat, dark 
absorb heat. White reflects the most and black absorbs the most. Every 
time you do this experiment you will get the same results. So you be the 
judge.
