Ridecamp: [RC] Trailer Training

We are having some problems getting a new horse to load. She's not 
obnoxious about it, and she'll go as far as her front two feet on the 
ramp, then very sweetly refuse to go any further. We've been working her 
back and forth for a few days now, yesterday we finally got up to three 
feet on the ramp once. To get her here they had to man-handle her into a 
large stock trailer and now we are trying to load her into a two horse 
with a ramp. Any suggestions out there?
