It's just a cute way of saying that they hold their head very low to the
ground! LOL Since the some of the cowboys out there are always complaining
about how high Arabs hold their heads in the air! The cowboys I know are
always asking me why Arabs don't have more injuries due to the fact that they
obviously can't see where they are walking! :)
