Ridecamp: [RC] Horse boarding in Santa Barbara, CA?

Sorry for the cross posting, but I really need some leads!

I will be moving to the Santa Barbara, CA area within the
year.  I am trying to plan ahead and take the time to look
around for an appropriate boarding barn for my Arabian
mare.  I would prefer something within 20 minutes of
downtown Santa Barbara (Goleta, Hope Ranch, or Montecito
would be fine as well as other surrounding areas).

Does anybody who is familar with the area have any
suggestions?

I have looked at a few places, but most seem to be hunter
jumper show barns and such.

I really just want a laid back place (but safe, clean, and
run by responsible people) with some casual trail riders.  A

big plus would be a barn that actually has some distance
riders boarding there.  A more "showy" barn is fine too, if
there is a mix of people - some who actually ride outside of

the arena.  :)

I also need a place that offers ample turnout.  I don't want

my horse living 24/7 in a box stall or small pipe corral.

Oh, and access to trails is a must, as I don't have a
trailer yet.

Any leads would be very appreciated - I know this is a
longshot, but it can't hurt to ask.
