If you choose your aerc ride carefully so it doesn't have 250 starters
and just stay way back till everyone else has left and go slow there's
no need to start with ctr or natrc - but there's nothing wrong with doing
those either.  Multi-days are also a possibility - just choose the
ride carefully.
