You might want to check with Cashel. They are the folks who make Cashel
Cushions.

They make an elastic western billet in nylon or leather.  That way you
can have elastic with ANY cinch.

Their web site is www.cashelcompany.com, but it's not operational yet.

They are in Washington State. Kay Sabich is very nice and helpful.

I use the nylon one with my neoprene cinches.  Very pleased with it. 
They are 36.95 in leather, 28.95 in nylon.
