I haven't made any with elastic yet. I can get the good elastic from my
suppliers though.
Back when I worked for a trainer they had a couple girths with the elastic.
I never saw any particular benefit, and they do tend to lose elasticity with
daily use.
Having the elastic in the neoprene sleeve would extend it's life, but I'm
not sure it wouldn't cause the neo end to bunch.
I'd welcome any comments from people presently using elastic end
girths...what you like & what you'd change.
