RE: FEI rules

I read the rules, and what is written is "interpreted"
a little different with regards to endurance.  Like
"separate stabling area" with "stabling steward" or 
something like that means "separate roped off area"
and "parking lot attendant" for endurance rides
according to Mike Tomlinson.  So even if we read the
rules, be careful not to get too excited about it
right away.  I think this year will be real interesting
to see what happens with all the FEI rides happening
in the U.S. and how these rules apply in reality.  
I know that when I read the rules I said NO WAY that
could be possible in the U.S. the way I orignally
interpreted it.
