Sorry Bob, Was not trying to override or re-create the RM Handbook.  I was 
simply trying to turn all the negative comments on what should be done at a 
ride into an exercise.  Sometimes once someone starts thinking about the 
logistics of putting their demands/suggestions into an active plan they 
realize what is practical and what is not.  Another words instead of 
complaining come up with a better plan! Thanks for your suggestions.
