Assistance with Pedigree

I am considering purchasing a young, green horse. The current owner
thinks he's mostly Russian. Anyone familiar with any of these horses:

top line:  Silko Raffon, by FF Silko, out of TS Gara
bottom line:  Bint Inshallah, by R-Tree Domino, out of In-Shah-Lah

Further back are some Cedar Lake prefixes; AZH Naborr, Azhrosah McCoy,
Nitez, Raffons-Dude, Nebgeya, Khofo, Geyatez. Countess Nina and Silver
Drift

He sounds to me like quite a mix, mostly domestic.
