Myna Cryderman Wrote that there has been an outbreak of vesicular
stomatitis in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. I don't think 3 cases
in New Mexico is considered an outbreak. New Mexico has a few cases
every year. The NM Livestock Board only quarantines the property the
horses live on if it is 2 acres then the two acres are quarantined ect.
You can call the NM Livestock Board in Albuquerque, NM they will tell
you what areas have quarantines if any. But please don't say there is
an outbreak when at this time there are 2 places on different sides of 
the state of NM with VS, and on place has already had there quarantine
lifted and been cleared.
