Did you say 17-20 lbs. Grain for your winners? So THAT'S what I've been
doing wrong. Let's see, if your horse needs 20 lbs. of grain to run
1-1.5 miles...then naturally Kaboot should be getting between 1,320 and
2,000lbs. of grain a day to go 100 miles.
If the government hears about this I'm afraid they'll make Thoroughbreds
illegal...their fuel efficiency is not very environmentally friendly!
The last day that I was at the track, I saw 3 horses break legs...I guess
they were running a lot closer to their potential than we do.
