I will appreciate any coments, ideas, consequences, etc. in regard to riding
a yung horse, green broqued, by a yung rider with very limited experience
with horses,along a two lane paved road at night , with motor vehicles trafic
and the rider betwen the road and irrigating or drain ditch.Why would it be
UNSAFE to ride under this conditions? Who will be responsable IF an
accident was to hapen, and the horse gets hurt or kiled, thank you all for
your comments.
