Hi there,
We thought that we would let you know how Pam and Alzada's trip in the game
parks went. We rode on average five hours a day, in the game parks, and saw
hundreds of wild animals. Because of the heat at this time of the year, we
left early in the mornings, and returned to the lodges by 10 or 11. After
lunch we visited Bushmen rock art sites, old historical forts, or did a bit
of 4*4 driving. In the late afternoohn, we again went out game viewing on
horseback. The evenings were taken up by chatting around a fire, being
intertained by tribal dancing, or game viewing from a vehicle with a spot
light. They said that the trip exceded all their expectations, and cant
wait to get back. We rode to within 25 metres of the rhino, which was one
of the high lights. Another aspect that they couldnt get over was that we
were the only people in the park, apart from the game rangers. Truelly a
memorable trip.
