[RC] Choke and The Horse Article - Ridecamp Guest

I read the article and laughed out loud because I had just read
Susan Garlinghouse's post about choke.  Susan said calling a vet
out on an emergency call for choke lines the vet's pocket
because most chokes resolves itself.  The article also picked
probably one of the few types of choke that may not resolve by
leaving it alone, - a chunk of apple!  They didn't really talk
about other types of choke in any detail, they just made it 
sound that if you didn't call the emergency vet your horse would
be in big trouble which in most cases is probably not true.
