Okay.....here is a site that tells what you need to travel into NV. If you come from a state that does NOT require a brand inspection, you do not need to have a brand inspection. Just make sure you have all of your other paper work and proof of purchase. We lived in NV for 7 years and were told we better have brand inspections, which we did. Now that we live in CA I guess I don't need them if I travel to Reno. That is good to know.

Uh, actually, no it isn't. Coggins requirements are set by the individual states. And some states have reciprocal agreements whereby horses can go back and forth between those specific states without one (but with a health certificate). Oregon and Washington have such a reciprocal agreement.
