Re: [RC] [Guest] Travel Papers - Truman PrevattWe've been out west numerous times and never had any hassle with a brand inspector. We, however, carry health papers and registration papers with us to identify the horses. In '01 at the Ft. Howes ride we asked a MT brand inspector that was there if we needed a brand inspection and would have one done on the spot if we needed it. He told us that since we were from a state that does not require a brand inspection (FL) then we did not have to have one. Health papers and a positive form of ID would be sufficient. However, if you were from a state that did you needed one. With the coggins and health certificates our vet is producing through globalvetlink down here in the swamp ( digital photos of the horse on the health papers), they should be more than sufficient.
