[RC] Comeback/7 weeks off - Wintersdwbob1
Well got the okay to start back. My own region ride knocked us out. Have
been off for 7 weeks with pasture only 1/2 acre walk around. Will try
Outlaw trail. spoke to LD champ of last year and got some tips on which days
to do. Just wondering if anyone else has hints. Will go slow as usual but
climbing will scare me. this is our first physical injury in 1700 LD miles
in 5 years and I feel terrible cause i did push to try to make the time. the
lateral descending branc of LF suspensory was sli strained with some fluid
retaintion. Hope all goes well. ANY info will help. donna and BOB
