10:00AM | Basecamp and FEI Stabling are formally open. |
| | 7:30PM | Wine & Cheese Social Hour hosted by Specialized Saddles |

| | 3:00PM-6:00PM | Inspection and Examination for all open AERC riders, and all FEI horses and riders. |
| | 6:30PM | Pre-ride briefing for AERC and FEI riders |
| | 7:30PM | No-Host Social Hour |
| | 8:00PM | Pre-ride Dinner* |

| Saturday, August 27 |
6:00AM | Course is open, 24 hours to complete the competition |

You are welcome to stay following the event as your schedule allows. Those wishing to use pens following the competition must inform Ride Management.
Costs for the pens starting on Monday are $10/day and reservations are needed. Please inform Ride Management of your needs.
