Hi -- Don't know if they are seconds or not, but Valley Vet has them on sale
for 29.92 or 28.95 if you buy four and there is no shipping charge.
American Livestock Supply has them for 27.08, and there is a flat 4.95
shipping charge.  The number for Valley Vet is 1-800-356-1005.  The number
for American Livestock is 1-800-356-0700.  The prices are good through March
31.

Personally, I'd rather buy through one of the endurance net people, but
those prices are really, really tempting, especially if you are looking at
four all around.
