loin rubs

Loin rubbing has never made my horses lame, or even sore.  I used 
a trick I picked up on the list- spray the loins with Show Sheen or a 
silcone coating spray.  Didn't stop it completely, but sure helped.  
Some horses simply have this problem, and only with a winter 
coat.  I have one horse that gets loins rubs in the winter no matter 
what saddle I use (I switch between three).
