kids and rules

Ellen is soooo right.  And it is important for we adults to remember
that kids may know the rules but that they are different creatures,
too...at any give moment the rules may escape their minds.......they
require RESPONSIBLE SUPERVISION!  But avoiding an accident is worth it!
