Help with Insurance
I currently have one of those textbook legal cases--"The Case of the Sterile
Stud". As part of the discovery in the case, the defendant desires to
transport the horse from my client's barn some 400 miles to Colorado for
additional testing. We are in agreement with the tests but insist that
insurance be in effect. The defendant's counsel has not been able to find
any insurance carrier. I know I have seen insurance ads in some of our
endurance magazines but could not find anything quickly this afternoon.
If any of you have equine insurance agents that we might contact,
particularly in the Mountain Region, please email me the name and phone
number for same.
Thanks,
Joane White
