Toxicity causes neurological symptoms, but the drug is generally safe up to 
10x the recommended level.

Not to my knowledge.  However, keep in mind that ANY dewormer used in a horse 
that is severely wormy can trigger immune reactions to dying worms, and the 
stress of a large kill-off can trigger the body's own immunosupressive 
response.
