Hi Steph,
Was the issue you were addressing the drawing of blood by a neutral person
for blood analysis or the drawing of blood by a rider or crew for determining
the supplementation loads for their own horse?
This rule seems somewhat vague and open to interpertation, e.g. what is
chiropratics. If I stretch my horses front legs and the knee pops is that a
chiropratic manpulation?
With this rule I sure would not want to be the person who a protest was filed
against. Let someone else set the lead the charge.
