Lasagna is the obvious answer. Why does lasagna work as well as it does???? The noodles are packed full of extreemly energetic molecules...the meat and cheese contain quadrillions of busy protein molecules which re-energize the noodle molecules when they start to crash. The tomatoe paste makes everyone work together synergistically. And Arabians are genetically coded to love lasagna as the receipe came originally from Egypt. How to administer Lasagna???? Cut the entire topoff the syringe and simply cram it in there--VOILA! Ideally the horse should receive a dose every ten minutes in order to maintain optimum blood-lasagna levels. Run a stretch of plastic tubing from the corner if the horses mouth, along the neck(duct tape works really well here) and tape your end of the tubing to the front of your saddle. Now you are able to administer the lasagna while riding! How to carry all the syringes? We will have to leave that one up to the experts. For an absolutely fantastic lasagna receipe contact Suzy Hayes (hint...it comes in a box) sandy b. > HI, campers, > > I've been following this discussion about fats, glyco loading etc. I think > I've found the perfect solution. > When I was doing all that running (thank you, U.S. Army) I learned (the hard > way) that I had to avoid foods that produced gas (beans, broccoli,) etc the > night before.
