Re: RC: Rest time??

I don't know about this test but I do know I was very suprised to read
and learn how much longer horses hold their conditioning versus
humans. As a sometimes aerobics instructor I am amazed at how
much difference I can tell in me when I miss a few workouts - yet
Tony always felt strongest about a week after he came home from a
ride and had been on pasture rest.

Made me a real believer in rest - especially for a seasoned
endurance horse.
