Frank Farmer here in Virginia rode a moyle in the ROC. I believe that
his family still has some moyles or moyle-arab crosses. They had
substantial builds and an eagerness to get the job done.
I seem to remember that they worked a bit harder to cool the moyles in
hot weather, but maybe someone from the Farmer/Baird family can jump in
on this one.
A friend of mine in Virginia is starting an Akhal Teke... All LD last
year. I don't know enough about the breed's use in endurance to
comment. Steph Teeter & Julie Suhr have some that have done well.
