But, with increased advertising rates, I expect increased traffic.  That's why I
have not been advertising....I get more "bang for my buck" in other
publications.

I did convince them to give me a year display ad in the classifieds for a
reasonable sum.  Most endurance people know me...they just need a quick and easy
way to find me.

Like any customer (which us advertisers are), we deserve to get what we pay
for.  I have a 25 word ad in Equus Magazine for a year reaching 50,000 plus
people...mostly NEW customers for the same price as as year's display ad in AERC
News reaching 5000+ people. Granted, EN is specific to our sport, but endurance
alone will not support my business.  Hence, in my eyes, as nice as EN has
gotten, it is not as cost effective as Equus.... or even Western Horseman....
