I don't think anyone doubts Tom's experience and expertise.  Sometimes his
delivery leaves a little bit to be desired.  We have the right to call him
on it when it gets a bit out of hand.  No one has ganged up on him.  We
could ALL gang up on him and it wouldn't hurt him one whit!!  He can hold
his own quite well, it seems.  However, we can all learn from each other
and that's the point of ridecamp.  Tom is not the only one with valuable
input.
