Hi, Campers, Has anyone ever done a study of the life spans of bloodlines? Is there any appreciable difference, with one line being notably long lived and others not so? My gelding, Jordan, is Egyptian on the top half (the most prominent stallion on the sire side being Ga'zi) and CMK on the dam's side, with Abu Farwa showing up all over. He'll be 23 in April and shows no signs of his age other than he's white (actually fleabit grey) and has a touch of arthritis in the rear. Just wondering, considering all the bloodlines talk right now.....
