Kat thank you so much for your explanation of the motto.  Sounds real 
good to me.  Also many of us tortises would love to hear your report of 
your field trials.  I for one am interested in how it may be helpful in 
recovery for multi-day events.  And if it is beneficial to the middle of 
the pack horses to keep them going longer as in more  miles, more rides,
