what about molasses?



What would be the difference between dosing with carbocharge or 
dosing with molasses/cane syrup?   I would think that the timing of 
both would be very important.  Would it make a difference if the 
dosing was done throughout the ride or started, for example, at 60 
miles.   What would happen if you stopped giving it during a ride?
