p.s. the biggest reason I don't use the carbos much
recently is that it is so messy and sticky and hard to dose.
I prepacked a bunch of syringes at the Fort Valley
ride to use on my horse (not racing - just doing
the miles) but it turned to concrete overnight, and
it's almost impossible to mix the stuff quickly
and easily when you need it. It's sticky and really
awful if it gets on tack and clothes - much worse
than spilled electrolytes.

Karen - I bet you've figured out how to mix the
stuff...

 Ahhhh, FINALLY something in language I can understand.  Don't tell me
WHY it works.  Just show me examples.  I have no idea WHY my car
cranks...I just want it to crank!

So, anyone who wants to print experiences (no name calling, initial
slinging, Tom, you can open your eyes and quit windmilling your arms) 
Just experiences.  I'd LOVE to read those. :-)

What made you try it?  If my horse already eats well, and doesn't seem to
"hit the wall" why should I try it?  Will it lessen fatigue on the horse
who does eat?  Don't tell me anything about kilocalories, grams, or
kilometers.  Every time I try to read one of those I have to walk around
the house once and eat a snack.  If a word sounds too technical, please
refer to it as "that stuff that...."  I may get something out of all this
after all.

Who else uses it?  Didn't Steph try it?  Results please....in laymen's
terms.
