I agree, happy to see Tom back, and am learning a lot. I still find it
difficult to keep how much carbs-sugars-protiens straight, as I hear and
read different things, and I'm not in endurance yet, just CTR.

Tom, this is probably a stupid question, but do you have to adjust these
amounts from breed to breed? I have ridden both Arabs and Morgans, and kniow
they require different management, would this apply also?
