EZ Ride Stirrups

I think I owe you guys an apology and an explanation.

The problem discussed earlier about these stirrups was evidently NOT
about the EZ Ride, but the Flex ride.  I do NOT mean to deride the EZ
Ride stirrups...afterall, I sell TONS of them. I do think they are one
of the best things to happen to our sport.

On the other hand, I have had a few (not many) stirrups returned that
had broken top bars and I have fixed them for the customers.  I also DO
replace the 1.5" tops on the plastic stirrups with 1" tops so they can
fit 1" stirrup straps without being sloppy.  I DO buy hardened bolts as
I believe in them, that is NOT to say that what Easycare uses is
inferior.

Those of you who know me, know I sell products I believe in. Not
everything I sell is perfect...as hardly anything is.  Many of you have,
over the years, asked me if various products could be improved or
changed to fit your various needs.  I have always passed the suggestion
on to the various suppliers, and, if it is a product we manufacture, we
do our best to accommodate your needs.

Like what has been said a zillion times before, it is easy to complain
and hard to make changes. But, it has ALWAYS been my contention that ANY
product could stand improvement...no matter HOW good it already seems to
be.  Some of you are fussier than others, that is a great part of what
ridecamp and discussion like this are all about.
