Terre, you've hit the nail on the head here.  Seems there is all too often a 
bit of desperation hoping SOMEONE will take on the challenge.  Having chaired 
a Pan Am myself, I can tell you that it is a project that literally runs your 
life for a couple of years.  And yes, it is MUCH more challenging to provide 
the necessary amenities in a remote area with breathtaking upright terrain!
